High Desert HR Consulting was founded because of a passion for our community’s continued growth. Central Oregon is a beautiful place to live and part of making Central Oregon a great place to call home is supporting those who employ and those who work. Our passion project is bringing bespoke Human Resources solutions to all businesses regardless of size or budget.

Our vision is that HR is simplified and brought back to being about people. Unfortunately, there is much to navigate with ever-changing employment laws and a multi-generational workforce, employers are seeing more incivility in the workplace as daily life strains impact the majority of our workforce.
