High Desert HR Consulting was founded because of a passion for our community’s continued growth. Central Oregon is a beautiful place to live and part of making Central Oregon a great place to call home is supporting those who employ and those who work. Our passion project is bringing bespoke Human Resources solutions to all businesses regardless of size or budget.

Our vision is that HR is simplified and brought back to being about people. Unfortunately, there is much to navigate with ever-changing employment laws and a multi-generational workforce, employers are seeing more incivility in the workplace as daily life strains impact the majority of our workforce. The American dream is rapidly changing, and the era of loyalty to one company is far behind us. Jerrin Brinlee

Over the last 20 years I have made a lifelong commitment to learning, I attended Western Oregon University and studied Communications. I have worked in large corporate settings and small family-owned organizations. My journey to a career in Human Resources began when I worked as a recruiter and developed organically from there, with me strategically seeking out various positions to gain a wide variety of knowledge to become a well-rounded and knowledgeable consultant. I have experience working in a variety of industries - construction, accounting and tax, hospitality, and healthcare. I am family- focused and enjoy all the beauty that Central Oregon offers. When I am not working, I enjoy camping, boating, cooking, decorating, and giving back to our community. I am a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).
